Dr. Mark Peters graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996 and began his career as a mixed animal veterinarian in Jefferson, Iowa, where he and his wife Carrie raised three children: Kyle, Clayton, and Alexa.

He remained in Jefferson throughout his career, treating companion animals and livestock. After selling his clinic to an associate, Dr. Peters has refined his career to focus solely on companion animal medicine and surgery, bringing his expertise to pets in the Gilbert area.

Beyond the walls of the clinic, Dr. Peters is an avid lover of the great outdoors. Whether he is saddling up for a horseback ride, casting a line into a serene fishing spot, venturing into the woods for a hunt, or hiking amidst the beauty of nature, he finds solace and inspiration in the world outside.
