Meet The Team

Taylor is from mid-west Michigan but moved to Iowa for college! She is currently studying at DMACChoping to enter their Vet Tech program next spring. Her favorite part about working at Companion Animal Clinicis getting the opportunity to be a part of something greater than herself, and helping each and every client thatcomes through the door. Taylor’s life outside of the clinic consists of spending time with friends and her dogTucker Dean! She also loves spending time outside– whether that be hunting, fishing, horseback riding or evenjust long walks, she loves doing it!

Alyssa is originally from Carroll, Iowa and is a graduate of Iowa State University with her bachelor’sdegree in Animal Science Pre-Vet. At Companion Animal Clinic, Alyssa enjoys assisting in dental cleanings,and seeing the patients benefit from them afterwards! She also enjoys being creative on the clinic’s socialmedia accounts. In her free time, Alyssa can be found playing pickleball, long-distance running, videogaming,and shopping with her friends! She also loves spending time with family– and of course, her cat Mabel!

Jessica is from Garwin, Iowa and is currently studying at Iowa State University, majoring in Biology.She hopes to attend veterinary school after graduating. Working at Companion Animal Clinic, she enjoysmeeting new people and caring for their pets. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her friends andfamily, reading, drawing, and playing with her two dogs Bear and Pugsley!

Jordan is from Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated from Iowa State with a degree in AnimalEcology. Working at Companion Animal Clinic, Jordan enjoys the opportunity to educate clients aboutveterinary medicine and connect with the community. He believes it is important to provide access to care forall clients and their pets, regardless of their backgrounds or situations. Outside of work, Jordan enjoysspending time with his 5 dogs, photography, gardening, and traveling the world! He looks forward to meetingyou and your pets!

Ashley is from Ames, Iowa and is a graduate of the DMACC Veterinary Technician Program, and aRegistered Veterinary Technician. For Ashley, the most rewarding part of working at CAC is seeing our patientsreturn to us happier and healthier after receiving care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with herrabbits and cats, crochet, puzzles, reading, going for walks, and anything crafty!

Aileen is from Riverside, California and is a graduate from Iowa State University with a major in AnimalScience Pre-Vet. Out of everything we do at Companion Animal Clinic, Aileen loves the relationships we buildwith clients and ensuring their loved ones are receiving the care they deserve. During her free time she enjoysexploring new trails with her dogs, gardening, and learning new hobbies!

Savanna is from central Iowa and graduated from Ellsworth Community College with an Associates in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. Savanna’s favorite part of working at CAC is getting to interact with both clients and patients, and making meaningful connections. When she isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys reading, being outside, walking and hiking, and spending time with her husband and three pets.

Autumn is from North Central Iowa and is a graduate from Iowa State Universitywith a major in Animal Science and minor in Biology. Her favorite part of working at Companion Animal Clinic isgetting to meet new clients and their patients, and building meaningful relationships with them over time.Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her dog Jean, reading, and being outdoors– whether that'sfishing, rock hunting, or hiking.

Theresa is from Northwest Indiana and has a background in Animal Welfare and Sheltering. Her favorite part about working at CAC is making long term connections with clients and contributing to the warm home town feel that CAC provides. When she isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys reading, watching reality TV, trying out new recipes, and hiking to look for cool rocks and animal bones!
